We were instructed by Mrs H, from Rowlands Gill, who suffered a serious head injury, resulting in cognitive impairment to such an extent that she was unable to return to her job as deputy headteacher at a secondary school.

After instruction of the appropriate experts, we were able to settle by way of negotiation between the parties, a sum of £400,000 to reflect Mrs H injuries, her future care needs and loss of earnings capacity.
