Almost half (45.5%) of all cancer cases were diagnosed at stage 3 & 4 (out of those with a known stage at diagnosis) in England in 2018 (that’s more than 118,000 cases) – according to Cancer Research. Diagnosing cancer as early as possible is essential as it’s more likely to be treated successfully, however unfortunately there are instances where the diagnosis is delayed for a number of reasons which are out of your control, or the type of cancer has been misdiagnosed. We often work with families who have sadly lost a relative to cancer.
We work on a ‘No Win-No Fee’ basis. This agreement is an arrangement between solicitor and client which means that if your compensation case is not successful we are not paid for the work undertaken and we will not look to you for our legal fees.
