I undertake work in Wills and Probate, Estate Planning and Court of Protection (finances) and Powers of Attorney. I fully appreciate the emotional and complex challenges clients face when dealing with the estate of a lost loved one and I understand that it might seem daunting when discussing Wills, LPAs and general estate planning. Due to the above, I aim to provide clear, comprehensive and compassionate advice to all of my clients when discussing the above matters.
My main responsibilities involve advising clients on the process of administering estates, answering any queries my clients may have, reviewing documents, drafting Wills & LPAs and applying for grants in estates.
I graduated from Sunderland University in 2023. I then attended Northumbria University to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and obtain a postgraduate law degree. Prior to joining Browell Smith & Co. Solicitors, I carried out Wills & Probate at another local law firm which provided me with the necessary knowledge to fully explain all of the available options to clients so that they have confidence that their affairs are in order.
