The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Graduate in Law or an individual with a recognised degree, or relevant experience and/or a clinical background, to join our thriving Clinical Negligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to build a long-term career in this rewarding area of law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior fee earners with all aspects of clinical negligence work
- Provide strong support to the team with case preparation, research, and client communication
- Handle administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner
- Work on clinical negligence files, with the opportunity to develop your legal knowledge
- Provide assistance across various stages of clinical negligence claims
- Ensure a high level of client care and attention to detail
Essential Skills Qualifications and Experience:
- A graduate in Law or recognised degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Background in clinical or medical practice is highly desirable, but not essential
- Strong work ethic, commitment, and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A genuine passion for clinical negligence law and supporting clients
