Commercial conveyancing process explained

Every transaction is different, this means that some will take longer than others. In the most straightforward cases, it should take around 6-10 weeks from the day your offer is accepted to getting all the paperwork completed. Once the initial documentation has been released and initial payments are taken (where applicable), the next step is to carry out further investigations which can be the most time-consuming phase of the transaction, depending on how many questions are raised and need answering. Once this is done you’ll then get ready to exchange contracts and complete.
