Call for witnesses: road traffic accident in Catterick Garrison

Browell Smith & Company are instructed by a female claimant who was involved in a road traffic collision on the 21^st November 2017 at approximately 3.50 pm.

The collision took place on Richmond Road, Catterick Garrison, near Phoenix House. The road was closed for several hours following the incident

Our client, who was a pedestrian at the time, was struck by a large vehicle and was knocked unconscious. She was then airlifted to the James Cook University Hospital.

Due to this accident, our client sustained significant severe injuries.
